Swindon Schools SPORTS Competition

A message from Miss Chamberlain, Sports and PE Leader

What a great day! Today 8 children from Key Stage 1 took part in a Swindon Schools competition. Each child confidently completed a 400m run, standing long jump, howler throw and a 70m sprint. I was so proud of them all.

They all did really well, tried their very best and had beaming smiles on their faces.

As a team we came 8th out of 18 schools and we also had two individual medals. Lola came 2nd and Evie 3rd overall out of all of the girls! 

Lots of talent was shown today and all the children were a credit to Eastrop.
